CHANGES AND RETURNS

ORDERS ON PRODUCTS ON SALE BY STOCK CLEARANCE COMMUNICATED AS "ARCHIVE SALE" DO NOT ALLOW CHANGES OR REFUNDS

FOR THE REST OF ORDERS THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS APPLY:

SPAIN (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)

If you wish, you can change and / or return your order within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of your order

ONLINE CHANGES IN SPAIN (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)

You can make a change of size, model or color for each order placed completely free of charge. To do this, follow the instructions below:

  1. Send an email with your order number to hello@sophieandlucie.com indicating that you want to make a change to your order.
  2. We will go through your shipping address to take your new order and take the one you return to us.
  3. That's it. No commissions, totally free.

Changes of garments on request or with arrangements are not allowed.
Sophie and Lucie reserves the right not to accept more than one free exchange for each order placed by the customer. 

ONLINE RETURNS IN SPAIN (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)

To return your order, follow the instructions below:

  1. Send an email with your order number to hello@sophieandlucie.com indicating that you want to return your order.
  2. Prepare your order with the items you wish to return in the white packaging box with which you received your order. 
  3. We will pick up the order by the shipping address.

COSTS
Sophie and Lucie is not responsible for the costs of the return (except if it is our error or in case of a defect), but we will help to manage it at all times. The transport costs assumed by the customer related to the return of an order will be € 7.95 for each order that is returned. These costs will be discounted from the amount to be returned to the payment method that you used at the time of purchase.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The customer has the obligation to return the product in perfect condition, with the original and intact packaging and labeling, conveniently packaged in its original box and properly protected. The product to be returned must be in the same state in which it was received by the Customer.

AMOUNT REFUND
Sophie and Lucie will proceed to refund the amount paid, once it has received the returned product and it has been verified its good condition. The refund of the amount will be made within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order in our warehouses. All returns will be made through the same payment method used in the purchase.

INTERNATIONAL (Includes Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)

If you wish, you can change and / or return your order within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of your order.

INTERNATIONAL ONLINE EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

To make a change in size, model or color, you must return the order / item you want to change and make a new purchase of the product you want to receive. To do this, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Send an email with your order number to hello@sophieandlucie.com indicating that you want to make a change to your order.
  2. We will send you a label that you must print and stick on the packaging box with which you received your order.
  3. Buy the product for which you want to change your order through our website or in one of our physical stores.

Changes and returns of garments on request or with arrangements are not allowed. Please remember to write Att: RETURN AND REPAIR on the outside of the package to ensure a speedy journey through any customs office you may pass through. Failure to provide this information may lead to a delay in the return - and in the worst case, the customs office will send the package back to your address.

COSTS

The transport costs assumed by the client related to the return will be similar to those of the shipment and will be informed to you at the time of the request for the return. These costs will be deducted from the amount to be returned to the payment method you used at the time of purchase.

CHANGES AND RETURNS ONLINE IN PHYSICAL STORE

You can make an exchange and / or return in one of our physical stores in Spain completely free of charge within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of your order. It is mandatory that you physically bring the product you are returning. Please do not ship any items to our stores via any shipping company.

Please provide our colleagues in the store with your order number and the reason for the exchange or return. We will make a refund of the amount of the item that you exchange or return and you must make a new purchase of the item you want.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS FOR PURCHASES IN PHYSICAL STORE

You can change the products purchased in our physical stores in any of our physical stores completely free of charge within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of purchase of the product.

RETURN OF THE AMOUNT

Purchases made in a physical store do not allow returns. Items may be exchanged for another garment or for a voucher that can be exchanged in a period not exceeding 6 months. To make this change, the customer has a maximum period of 30 calendar days from when the purchase was made.
